Project Background
The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT), along with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and other project partners, prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) as required by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for the Henderson Interchange Project. FHWA approved the Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the Henderson Interchange Project on October 11, 2022. Click here to read the FONSI.
